Toddler’s joys

Only a toddler can appreciate the little things in life. Like standing with bated breath, waiting for the water to drip, drip, drip from the tap. Giggling at each drop. Both hands rested on the sink, chin resting on his cupped palms, eyes focus on the drop of water. Waiting eagerly for the drop of water to get big enough to plonk on the sink. Blissful. Giggles and more shrieks.

And only a jaded mom like me has the patience to sit on the throne to enjoy the magical moment.

P/S : Photo taken with macro settings. Changed to b/w and gradient added with software to blur out the dirty tiles and water marks. Who has time to wash toilets when one can sit on the throne and marvel at life little miracles?
