Give you one Taiwanese salad recipe. sliced century egg with capsicum - Slice few century eggs - Cut capsicum to small cube shapes (like mobile phone keypad size) - put the sliced century eggs on top - Pour a bit of (good)soya sauce (fish paste sauce even better). Or experiment with other sauce . - Put sliced red chili(remove seeds)for better presentation. So chamrm meh?
