The whiteness of your teeth takes away years from your face. 4) Moisturize, Anti-UVtize (SPF30) and watch caffeine and alcohol intake. Your veins can burst and your skin can be dehydrated, so no matter how many vitamins you take also useless ok? :) Instead just drink fat free milk Vitamin D enriched milk. Sure win.
