What is it?
Blogging for 24 hours, with a post every 30 minutes.
For what?
For nothing. Just for fun. But I will pick a charitable body and people can pledge to it as a support. If I achieve it, they donate to that charity, direct. I don’t deal with the money side, so don’t worry about being conned.
How to manage?
I can get people to group blog and break the 24 hours to make it into several sessions. But I hope there are bloggers from different time zone who can help me out during the early hours like 3 am to 9 am (+8 GMT). This is the only hurdle.
Can I do it?
Yes, I can. After all, I am a chronic blogger and have done that, blogging continously for several hours when I am writing paid posts. It is not difficult to publish something every 30 minutes.
But should I do it?
Say YES!
Who wants to be part of this madness? Non-bloggers are welcome too. The closing date is 21st July so I have time to think somemore. Convince me, people!
Blogathon site here. Read the FAQ for an idea. I have wanted to do this three years ago but my baby was too small then. Now, I have the flexibility.

I am quite interested in it too, but I doubt I can continuously write posts in 30 mins intervals. I take an average of an hour/post.

should be really no problem for you. and i would love to be part of your blogathon relay team..should be able to contribute something to the 3am-9am part too (of course i cant manage the whole 6 hrs on my own la!!) if it falls on a saturday…and from the blogathon site it say July 28 which is a saturday!
