In Malaysia, statistics is what the politicians said, that&#039;s why statistical department can run by people who don&#039;t know what is standard deviation. :-)</description>

		<description>First time commenting here -- just wanna say that according to the most recent census (forgot what year it was), literacy is measured by the ability to tell time and dial phone numbers accurately. My grandmother can&#039;t read nor write, yet she was counted as literate by the census takers -- since she can tell time and dial a phone number accurately.</description>
