The results from DAP is available here.
The below mentioned are obtained from Malaysiakini and is NOT confirmed by the EC yet.

Updated from Malaysiakini at 8.57 pm:
Confirmed: Opposition takes Penang – 8.52pm
Unofficially, the opposition will form the state government in Penang for second time in history. The DAP-PKR-PAS combination has collectively won at least 21 seats out of the 40 seats.
I am so happy so I have to put this post.
You can find the latest Malaysian election result from Malaysiakini. Penangites! We are the winners!
I am going out to the main counting centre to celebrate with the others. But here is what is reported by Malaysiakini :
DAP closer to taking Penang – 8.05pm
Having unofficially won 17 of the 40 state seats in Penang, DAP is currently leading in six other seats with a wide margin. The party needs to pick up another four seats to take over government in the island state.
Blogger Jeff Ooi is winning too! He came, he conquered and he is going to Parliament. Bloggers Boleh!
Blogger Jeff Ooi has big lead in Jelutong – 8.05pm
DAP’s Jeff Ooi is leading in the Jelutong parliamentary seat and the party is also leading in all three state seats in Jelutong – Datuk Keramat, Sungai Pinang and Batu Lanchang.
Penangites, this is our winning! We won!
OK, OK, actually I am quite relieved that my past few days post about DAP and PKR bear fruit. If not, I pun tak tau mana mau lari ‘cos I dissed and ranted so much.
PENANG WINS! WE MADE THE RIGHT CHOICE!
Note : I watch the news on TV1 and all I saw are results from Sarawak that BN is leading all the way. And though they interviewed some EC officer here and he said he got 50% of the confirmed results, there is not a word on the results reflected by Malaysiakini. If we watch the TV, we will be in the dark.

Bravo Lilian. Really proud of you guys.
you are right.. i am watching tv3 news and there is nothing!!!..
RTM1 and AWANI are rubbish. Nothing worth watching there. They’re only reporting the BN wins.
confirm liau bo?
Kelantan is PAS. Go DAP, for Penang.
Does anyone know what is happening in Sabah? No news anywhere, I am frantic. what does RTM say? BN won a lot?
james – I am just waiting for the new guys to kira sama itu Zam. They totally block the news lah. Kuching into DAP hands, they never mention but keep talking about those BN wins. They go to Kepala Batas and claim no results yet.
karen – I cannot wait to see them announcing later on…
Jen – Yes, I am so happy!
I am not following the results thru TV. Don’t trust them anymore on politics. It’s Malaysiakini!
Just wondering, what does “unconfirmed” at the malaysiankini.com website mean? Projected? Can it be overturned?
abby’s mom – So far no news wor. It is all BN winning results only.
ks – Yes, confirmed liao wan. Unless they can really come out with upsets but so many eyes and so many people observing and with the SMS, they cannot do much upsets I hope.
then the next question is who will b the next penang cm ???? =)
Haha I could hear hubby fighting over the remote with the kids. Will let him know nothing over there, just updated him with news about Kuching and jeffooi. So excited to hear about Penang and I imagine my parents are treating free meals to everyone in Kelantan.
Dan – First they count at the polling station. Then, they bring back to the center where they added up all the different schools results. This is the unconfirmed ones because there are DAP/PKR/PAS people along with the EC officers. Then, after that, they will bring the ballot boxes to the state level where it is announced. So, unless the EC can bring in some postal votes to upset, then, the result is what we get now. That means, there are three levels.
mama23beas – Yeah, Kelantan is so strong. I was so happy for them too.
ks – They majority will decide and in Penang,if the majority is DAP, then, they will pick from DAP. But one thing is sure. Koh Tsu Koon sudah lost his minister seat as well.
If I understand correctly, the postal votes will only be added in later? Is this true, aunty Lilian?
Power to the people!
I pray that no postal votes will come spoil the people’s choice!
Penangites I lespek sama lu.Manyak shiok.
Cool, thanks much for the explanation. Yeah you’re right, I hope the EC does not play dirty with the postal votes! #$*%&#$@*%&#$@*(%!!
Right now TV is only showing all the BN wins, WTF!
Please keep us updated on the situation over there, you’re like malaysiankini.com liao!
CY – Ya. Anything can happen. Lim Kit Siang has blogged about some of the ‘tsunami victory’ so it is partially confirmed but we have to wait for the official results lor. 10 pm we will know if we have a new government and new CM
If D(R)AP is really taking over Penang, they better not boycott SK schools and let the money go to only Chinese schools.
Kit Siang’s blogspot down d!!!!!
carmen – LOL where you get the idea that DAP is for the Chinese only? They don’t make the decisions altogether, don’t worry.
ks – LOL, my site still going strong but can kaput too. But I am hosted on VPS (like semi-bangarlow, rental paid in USD wan) so I hope to tahan. I got Bryan lengjai to jaga.
Any new on Izzah against Shahrizat? If she wins, now that’s really saying something. A David vs Goliath.
malaysiakini site also down! at 8.55 pm
Unconfirmed report from Sabah, in the hot seat of Api-Api the PKR candidate was leading slimly then they suddenly produced thousands of postal votes, all for BN. Now fighting for life, please pray!
Looks like MCA and Gerakan lost all states seats, last
I heard… not confirmed at time of writing.. Damn SweeT Victory this time round ! Justice is done !!!
Carmen: As opposed to almost NONE, pittance, of the money going to Chinese, Tamil or mission schools over the last 50 years, as a percentage going to national schools?
I didn’t come from a vernacular school, but there should be some fairness if that’s what the citizens want. It’s not like other schools will be ignored – there will be hue and outcry. And it’s obvious Chinese have proven to be outstanding in education, if a little too much emphasis on rote learning and not enough English. Mission schools have always been renowned.
Whatever it is, all pointers are that it’s doing to be more fair than what BN would do.
All I can say to Penangites is… MAKKAL SAKTI!
You folks have taken Penang back! Let’s work for a better future!!
watching malaysiakini and refreshing every minute is making me an adrenaline rush!!!! yes yes yes!!!! DAP win! Koh tsu koon….you’re out
ooh and jeff wins!!! power to the king of Malaysian bloggers!!!
DAP wan sui!!!
Yes… aiyer… Thanks for protecting and covering our asses!! (_._) Lol!!!
Besides Bandar Kuching, 2 others are taken by DAP ie. Stampin and Sarikei. Sibu still held on by BN only because of postal votes.
I’m so happy for u all Penang lang. Way to go!
Wah lau!! This stupid professor on TV3 just said that since people think that voting against MCA/MIC/Gerakan is a vote against UMNO, these people are anti-Malay!!!!
WHAT RACIST CRAP!
People vote for PAS and PKR also, so you mean PAS & PKR is not Malay??
congratulations ppl of penang!!!!!!!!!!!!!
big big congrats!
im from kuching. we starts the good news rolling! haha…. kuching is the appetizers, penang is the bonanza!!!!!
God bless Malaysia~ wee~
I hear a lot of police on the streets.
bye bye Teng Hock Nam, Bye Bye Noob!!!! Lee Kah Choon
We are free from Bn .. hahahaha!!!
Be careful…looks like “they” are trying to incite racial unrest…probably just waiting to rush out with parangs and start slashing, dont take the bait!
i teared for you guys!!
seriously.!!
Tis yr is so exciting ! never before have I seen such an election fever in PJ Utara. I am waiting for PJ Utara.
U all are right, the TV station says nothing abt Penang at all . R we Malaysian that stupid ? I am truly sad if we are….
Even though I am no longer a Malaysian, I have been staying up the whole nite watching this unfolding in Malaysia from Canada. I was with the Reformasi movement in the late 1990s and an beginning to see the fruits of all the years of struggle. I hope this will lead to a huge shakeup in the BN government and put the fear of the PEOPLE in them. May Malaysia comes out stronger than ever before.
NTV7 is doing a hack propaganda job as well. The woman host actually asks some good questions, touching on Bersih rally, VK Lingam, EC transparency. But the “analyst” answering the question is obviously biased! He says he did a survey amongst 2,000 people, and only 30% think the EC is not transparent. Yeah, probably 2,000 civil servants, who are too afraid to say otherwise.
i cant believe the rubbish on tv3 now.. omg..when are they going to get to the best part…
Thank god for Malaysia Kini!
I know there are lots of Penangnites who are happy with the unexpected and surprising results. But let us not forget the fact of the postal voters, or what people call the phantom voters who from what I heard, has been prepared in case the votes swings in Penang, which according to Malaysiakini has.
And yes, there is nothing on the TV about Penang. All about BN’s wins in Sabah and Sarawak, with just a confirmed update on DAP’s win in Kuching.
Thanks Lilian, hubby was waiting in front of TV3 waiting for news as he heard Penang won by the opposition but no news wor. So i thought of u and now hubby is reading at Malaysiakini. Happy for Penang too!
Congrats Penangites!
Now waiting for the rest…
something must be said about Journalism integrity in Malaysia. How much more lopsided can the local media be? how do these people live with themselves??
wow, wow, wow!!!!!!!!
penangites, way to go!!!!
penang hokkien has a saying “theam kau kah see lang” = quiet dog has the deadliest bite”!!!
no show of defiance, no street protest; but when the time comes, we give it to them teruk, teruk!!!!!
we show them who is BOSS!
muahhahahaha…..(lilian’s signature laugh)
I m happy for you all, Penangnite. Good job
Opposition is leading in 9/12 seats in Wilayah!!
Batu
Kepong
Bandar Tun Razak
Lembah Pantai
Cheras
Seputeh
BBintang
Wangsa Maju
Segambut
Even koh tsu khoo also ta pao! Haha…
True, in Sarawak, only confirmed in Bandar Kuching. Latest news is Sarikei DAP also lost by mere 51 votes. All because of 3 independants of whom 2 were ex-DAP members. Ding Kwong Hiing (BN) 10588, Wong Hua Seh (DAP) 10537, 3 (IND) total of 766. Moral lesson: Be united.
it is official :t TTwangsa lost to Dr Lo Lo PAS, a new comer . All along the TTwangsa a Strong BN stronghold.
So i think the profile of voting pattern is changing.
BN has need to have a deep and honest relook…
how many seats won by BN in sabah already?
I voted for LoLo!
This is why WHEN WE SAY DONT FARK WITH US, WE MEAN IT!!!!!
The rakyat is THE BOSS. Always remember that!!!
Folks, please do not leave any unconfirmed reports, any IGP warning or such matters. If you are happy, please say happy but please watch your language. Emotions may run high so it is for our benefits to just being happy and keep smiling.
Hoi, Terence, lu sama jaga ha.
Sad.. Only one rocket launched in Sarawak. Money politics.
Shahrizat and Samy Vellu LOST! Confirmed! Shown TV3 awhile ago.
I just love Nurul Izzah! Glad she won
I agree. The rakyat is the boss. We only realized it after 50 years.
Anyone any idea who will be the next CM of Penang then?
Well done Penangites!! The people have spoken!!
Steeky: Jeff Ooi?
Can have gurneydrive.org instead of petalingstreet.org liao? Free Internet access all over Penang using WiMax?
D
Man, that Honey (that *is* her name, ahahaha) on NTV7 is KICKING ASS!!!! She just dissed Shahrizat and Samy. Women everywhere should be rejoicing! She’s running circles around that Dr. Rizal guy next to her.
Hidup Rakyat! Hidup Malaysia! The rakyat has spoken!
I think it was discussed that Lim Guan Eng will be the Penang CM if the opposition took over the island.
Haiyo… Malaysiakini down liao!
Dr Koh is smart dude… Malaysians living in Penang should find a way to keep him doing good works for us people. Political climate will definitely change. With changes taking place new possibilities appear on the horizon.
Thanks Guys for the info… !!! Hey… to dear Lilian and the Whole Great Bunch of you Grrreat people here… !!! What A Nite !!! Truly Thanks !!!
i cant help but give my same comments here too..
Alleluia,.. the change tsunami is sweeping the country.
Penang has a new government. Dare we hope for more upsets..
Hats off to all Malaysians for votting for this change.
Thank you Lord for hearing the voices of your people..
We pray that the new Penang government will lead the way to show the arrogant BN government how the state should be governed, and what is the meaning of accountability. We pray the DAP/PKR/PAS government will always listen to the people and govern with dignity and responsibility.
Samy velu is gone, kaveas is gone, sharizat is gone too!!
all the Ling and Lim sons also blown away
ALL citizens should pause a moment and thank God/Allah for this blessing..
Thank God…. ~~~!!! Really really Thank God !!!
congrats Lilian. so happy for the Penangites! although I’m all the way from Kch. Our DAP Chong Chieng Jen won, I’m so happy also. but Sarawak loses all except Kch. I hope Kuching/sarawak can rule over the government like Penang! because our CM is unforgivable.
whoa!!! BN lose teruk teruk this time. congrates on penang win
Oh crap. Now I’m worries the North states seems to be dominated by PAS. Hope they are moderate and can unite Malaysia and not force Islam down everyone’s throats.
Confirmed results are coming in slowly over the news and it seems most likely BN would lose Penang. Koh Tsu Koon would be giving a press conference soon, which should also mean that Penang is probably lost. Who’s the next CM then? That’s the big question.
On other unconfirmed news, Kedah has fallen to opposition.
NTV7 is good lah. Really pertinent issues. And the pro-BN Dr. Rizal from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia is being slapped left and right by Honey. Go Honey, go Honey, go Honey!
She looks she’s like Lilian’s sister. Ahahahahaha.
We need more bloggers in Sarawak! or perhaps, higher Internet penetration rates. Money talks here in Sarawak.
Streamyx is blocking access to malaysiakini.com. It’s all showing 127.0.0.1 . VPN to company network and use your company servers!
Lol Dan!!! Look at Dr Rizal…cannot speak properly and clearly…
Anyway to redeem Malaysiakini?
Malaysiakini has not been blocked. Its server is probably overloaded. I am in Brisbane and I cannot access it too.
How to do that? Anyone can teach?
Try mirrors:

I agree with Honey fully. her comments, views, observations are spot on – intellectual, matured, refreshing, sensible, reasonable and augurs well for this tsunami change..
Dr Rizal is as best as he can be…
lets be tolerant.. and LISTEN to all views!!

Dan: If Barisan Nasional DID (TOUCHWOOD) fall to the hands of opposition in its entirety, then Islam would definitely be forced upon everyone.
But you can’t force the willing, can you?
After all, “the boss” made the decision.
Hello Pro-BN Carmen: Don’t worry, your BN will not lose the simple majority. As it is, BN is forcing Islam down everyone’s throats with the declaration that Malaysia is a Islamic state vs. a secular state as guaranteed by the Constittuion. Also, there is rampant, unnecessary Islamization of national schools, body-snatchings, overzealous raids by Jawi perverts.
Damm it, malaysiakini website had been blocked.(Not sure it is “them” anot.)
I don’t see you being an Islam right now, do I? And I don’t see what’s the problem with the Islam religion either.
It’s the extremists that I have an issue with.
Carmen: Then we agree. I never said I have a problem with Islam, it is a noble religion that teaches tolerance and we have existed in harmony for many decades now. Until the BN tried to out-Islam PAS to stoke up religious paranoia. There are Muslim extremists in both UMNO and PAS. So, what’s your beef, exactly, “boss”? You’re the only one here who seems to be sour-faced. UMNO cybertrooper?
Any result on the lau kau who called bloggers beruk,Lilian?
Can we leave out speculations on Islamic state and who’s the next CM to some other day? Let us not bring this debate at this thread / post.
The word seems more of a propaganda to me than anything.
But let’s not waste each other’s time here.
I’m through.
Thanks Dan.
David, MalaysiaKini is not blocked, just the web server not loading. Might due to server overloading.
Zam, the guy who calls bloggers Beruks, lost by about 7k votes. Kedah, Kelantan and Penang confirmed Barisan Rakyat new govt.
I’m following the election news from the UK. I was greeted with this piece of good news as soon as i was up frm bed. I am extremely excited with the GE results! The change has come to my beloved Penang!
Malaysiakini website was flooded.
Must try the following:
http://malaysiakini.aizuikmal.com/
http://malaysiakini.jtwebsystems.com/
Any news on that pseudo kampong boy Khairy?
Y malaysiakini only list some parliamentary seats???
Wer is the other parlimentary seats?
Anyone can gife me the website?
It is believed that DAP has named party secretary-general Lim Guan Eng as the next chief minister of Penang. DAP won all 19 state seats it contested in Penang with PKR winning six and Pas two. There are 40 state seats in Penang.
courtesy of Malaysiakini
ALL – can go to this link — http://malaysiakini.aizuikmal.com/
Can view the news there
(removed by terence) rubbish! Suddenly apear 14 more ballot boxes in Lembah Pantai. It already shown that (removed) started to cheat…
Khairy won by about 5k seats. Chegu Bard garnered 20k seats but could not beat Khairy. Hishamuddin won by 11k. Kayveas is out. Selangor state BN take a huge beating. New faces to see in our Parliament include Sivarasa (Subang), Gobind Singh (Puchong) and the return of Wee Choo Keong (Wangsa Maju). FT BN lost badly except for Zulhasnan (Setiawangsa) and Tengku Adnan (Putrajaya). DAP won 11 state seats in Selangor as of now and 8 in Negeri Sembilan.
Yeah.. Clifford. Shocking news. How can this happen? Something fishy is happening here.
Bravo DAP, continue! Selangor was also down!
Bravo DAP, continue! Selangor was also down!
Congrats to my hometown. A new change!! Yessss…Malaysiakini seems to be inaccessible until now..hmm
I wonder who is going to be CM of Selangor? DAP or PKR?
Selangor, Penang, Kelantan and Kedah have fallen. Next on the list is Perak – with 6 more seats to go before it falls into opposition’s hands. 20+ seats are still unannounced.
From M-kini, use http://122.0.17.30
(comment removed by terence)
If sumthing really happens… We also can’t prevent it right? So just take it calm, dont care bout it.
How did that budak nakal win in Rembau?
Born in Kuwait, did his schooling in Singapore, then went on to Oxford – all of the sudden he’s a legit Rembau kampung boy/mat rempit who will be sitting in Parliament when it’s called to session.
Gary: There were rumours (and just rumours) that BN printed 2,000 BERSIH T-shirts for themselves.
Phew Nurrul Izzah still won in Lembah Pantai…
(sentence removed by Terence)
Thank God.
Clifford : yeah..just wondering. the opposition taking alot of seats from bn..nice!
3 more seats to Perak falling to opposition!
Yay! The Nurul Izzah result still stands!
Gary Ooi : Please be responsible with your comments here and don’t insinuate anything. We are guests at Lilian’s blog
Choonie : Khalid Ibrahim MP for Bandar Tun Razak and DUN for Ijok from PAS
pablopabla : sorry sorry..and sorry to sister lilian! I’m not in Penang now as I’m studying in KL. Wanna go back Penang celebrate. Lol!
Will opposition take Perak too?
Anyone gt any idea?
PLEASE BEHAVE!!! NO SENSITIVE/RACIST/RELIGIOUS OR INAPPROPRIATE/IRRELEVANT COMMENTS!!!
IF NOT. I WILL BE SHUTTING OFF COMMENTS! THANK YOU.
Everone slept? All sudddenly so quiet?
Thanks Alphonso.
Opposition might take Perak. Read that bn won 13 seats and opposition won 18 seats
Ok, boss! Where’s sister Lilian btw?
Congratulations to Yang Berhormat Lim Guan Eng – new CM of Penang. DAP will form state govt with PKR and hopes that PAS will help.
PAS and PKR won 40 out of 45 state seats in Kelantan. Last elections, it was just 23.
Everyone is waiting for outcome of Perak’s state seats results.
BN has not yet won simple majority as yet.
Opposition will take Perak if current trend continues. This result, I daresay, is the worse defeat BN has suffered. Even worse than 1969.
Where to see the results of Perak?
M’kini not stated too.
Got the latest news that Lim Guan Eng becoming the next CM of Penang.
Yah Victor i agreed wif you.
Incredible – EC was supposed to announce simple majority by 10pm but now it is 1 am and no announcement! What an achievement by the opposition!
Lim Guan Eng , the new Penang CM.
I am getting the results from sinchew – http://www.sinchew.com.my.
Its in Chinese though…
Any news for Johor?
any latest news from Perak?
I can see Terence is doing a great job here. Well done, man! You are like the DAP! Haha…
Garry Ooi, please celebrate privately in your house and don’t do anything stupid like parade.
Fong Po Kuan won by 29k majority.
59 state seats being contested in Perak and so far, non-BN parties have won 22.
latest news from Perak:
in the 59 state seats:
27 is with opposition
19 is with Barisan
(is with meaning the party that is leading)
13 seats remain unannounced.
Bryan: Gary is just a little bit excited that’s all. Most of us are (are there any BN supporters here?). But we must all remember to celebrate in a civil manner and not call other people names. The people showed their power and now, it’s time for the people to show dignity and graciousness in victory.
Bryan – You take over lah. Handsome old man like me wanna sleep liao. Itu celaka Ah Lian, went to the dunno where and kepoh. Niamah!
Official and final : BN 17 PAS 15 in Terengganu.
Mukhriz Mahathir also won.
the opposition is leading in 28 of the 59 Perak State Seats. They need to mantain it and win 2 more seats to form government. (Assuming PAS and DAP cooperate)
Yea Pablo, I am too happy to see the results and hope we don’t over-celebrate in any manner.
Thanks for the updates anyway!
Wau already 2pm there still a lot havent been annouced.
Takes time to recount huh?
Choonie : SOrry. Mistake there. Khalid Ibrahim from Keadilan might be CM of Selangor. Hehe…
folks, u can access malaysiakini from this link
http://122.0.17.30/index.php
http://merdekareview.blogspot.com/ is down too. Any way to get into this page?
Any news on Rafidah?
I seldom pray. But I did this afternoon. Praying that there will be a change in Penang and national politics so that there will be a future for my 5 months baby. The prayer has been granted.
It’s now time for the DAP/PKR/PAS pact to deliver.
which party do you think will have the CM-ship if opposition captures Perak?
Any latests news on Perak?
I quite nervous now.
Jen : Rafidah retains :@
Perak still many seats unannounced. Will updated as soon as results are avalible.
BN retains Terengannu by a razor thin margin – 17-15 seats. Dang. Maybe PAS can get someone to cross the floor.
It is past 1.30am. Just read opposition took 4 states, penang, kedah, kelantan and selangor. Perak maybe on the way too.
Congrats to DAP, PKR and PAS! Please work to confirm people’s confidence in you. Cooperate with each other. Dont impose, dont assume. Take care of the minorities. Election is like marriage..courting for 5 years and you get consent on election day. No short cut as BN are finding out the hardway.
BN are like a wounded animal, they will come back with a vengeance. Your(opposition) only safeguard is to work with the masses.
All the best!
Rafidah won by small majority (less than 3k, I think).
It is now 112 BN and 50 non-Bn at Parliament. Simple majority achieved by BN to form Govt of Malaysia. Now, to see whether non-BN can get another 25 seats to prevent 2/3 majority.
Perak:
1 out of 13 annouced; Tajol Rosli wins the sit, opposite lost 1 seat.
Opposition claims victory in Perak – 1.30am
The state is still too close to call. However, the opposition claimed that it has won a simple majority in the state. According to PKR state chief Dr Lee Boon Chye, the opposition was victorious 30 out of 59 seats (DAP – 18, PKR – 6, PAS – 6).
But the state Election Commission appears to have suffered a computer glitch, which has delayed the announcement of the results.

Oops! Sorry. Didn’t mean to post twice.
Arghh, very sleepy already loh.
Still got alot unannouced…
z
-.-z
Ayam bek! I went to witness history in the making.
Thanks for all the comments and sorry I have to delete some of your comments because we shouldn’t diss the ‘opposition’ (the BN) for their losses. Hope you all understand as I am accountable for my blog.
Victor – Wow, does this mean….LKS will be CM?
Is there any latest news now?
Lilian, the blog is as strong as DAP tonight! Haha…
Lilian, next time send some “wu liau” candidates to Sarawak.
Lilian: I am not sure what arrangement will be reached, but I am sure DAP will have CM ship in Perak. At this rate, DAP will be able to form government on its own. How to appease the Malay majority state however, will be another problem. Perhaps a deputy CM for PKR/PAS or perhaps a Malay DAP CM?
Too bad LKS didnt stand in a state seat. He can’t be CM
Bryan – Must fast-fast advertise my webhost. FOC! Hahaha.
OMG, there is still no latest news from M’kini.
This site is giving faster info that the stuff they’re dishing out on TV..
Cheers
Victor : Hopefully Pantai Remis will stand for state. Hehe…
Did anywhere stated that MIC has won any seat(s)?
I didnt saw any…
Any idea what’s happening in Selangor and Perak? Not surprising, they are taking a long time to declare non-BN wins … Malaysiakini is reporting unconfirmed results in Selangor and Perak …. but i’m dieing to find out what the real results are / how the BR is doing !!!
Right. I am happy and will now retire to bed. Hope to see the non-BN parties garnering more than 75 parliamentary seats when i wake up tomorrow
Good nite Malaysians!
Simple majority formed by BN.
Good nite pablopabla. ^^
Lilian, yes this is historic…
new governments in Penang, Kelantan, Kedah, Selangor, Perak… and almost Trengganu..
The BR (DAP/PKR/PAS) has now this God given opportunity to make a difference for Malaysia. We hope and pray they focus and succeed in their new governance role, and remain committed and accountable to the people of Malaysia who have given them this overwhelming trust. Thank you God/Allah for your blessings on our country.
Latest news:
PKR victorious in Kuantan – 2.22am
Former PKR Wanita chief Fuziah Salleh has won in Kuantan beating MCA incumbent Fu Ah Kiow.
Alphonso Tan: Who is in Pantai Remis?
WTF. I’m watching Badawi & Najib now, and they’re playing Kenny G for their press conference. I like Kenny G, but that’s what we use to play during *my* years in school (a looong time ago). Get with the times and stop being corny, man! Some soothing New Age or classical music would have been less corny. He didn’t even seem to say anything. Just raised his arms with Najib then walked out. Pity the reporters who set up all those mics.
Clifford: You didn’t get the memo?
Allah has been used for a long time to refer to God as well (except in Malaysia).
UMNO big shots locked themselves in PWTC… Trying to digest the results and plotting next move.
