Dr Mohamad Khir Toyo ialah Ahli Majlis Tertinggi UMNO Malaysia dan Ketua UMNO Bahagian Sungai Besar, Selangor. Beliau pernah menjadi Menteri Besar Selangor selama dua penggal dan Pengerusi Barisan Nasional & UMNO Selangor. Beliau mempunyai Ijazah Pembedahan Pergigian dari Universiti Malaya dan pernah menjadi Presiden, Majlis Belia Malaysia.
