I wonder how they derive the sum of RM6 billion? Teka-teki? And the funny thing is the allocation is going to focus on two PR’s states, i.e. Kedah and Kelantan. If the benefits really fall back on the petanis who are going to toil under the hot sun in the paddy fields, then I support this move. But….
