  Hahahaha! Used to do this when I was a kid, looooooong time ago, before even heard of yoga.

  Just now showed my kids this post n this photo. Then told them I might still be able to do. With much efford (and asked ian to help - ya old oredi), managed to do this.

  But then… Both ian and isabel laughed and went showing me the same stunt, without any effort!!! Have to admit we are old oredi! Hahahaha!
