The school have merely 2 acre of land but with 1500 students!! 2 blocks of 4 storey building with 1 more coming soon. My main point is the school has 30+ temporary teachers without any formal teaching training. The experience and proper trained teacher only reserve for standard 1, 5 and 6. The rest of the class will be handle by these novice. The school even have to arrange training for temporary teachers to help them in teaching. One teacher will have to become form teacher and still need to handle 6 subjects in one class! BC,Math(BC),Scn(BC),Moral,PJ and Music. The student to teacher ratio is almost 40 to 1.
