And yes, I agree that the paperworks involved in the claims are mountainous and those peps are worse than crocs – being cold hearted and such. Some of the regulations are plain stupid and serves no purpose eg. Getting your vehicles tested for Puspakom even though it was only a transfer from my Dad to my Mum. I know the ‘procedures’ very well because I’ve just been through them and it was hellish. Your comment about the distressed widow really shot an arrow through my heart cause I worry about my mum very much. I went in her stead and gets all the *crap*. The will was done properly but still, there are insignificant morons who tried to act smart (in reality they want bribes to speed things up) that really makes you feel like hantuk dinding. These peps have no love at all. T_T
