The sad fact is the government has pushed too fast and too much developments that either turned into white elephants or ate up all the money. Parents have to go out and earn a living, leaving the kids who sometimes end up on the wrong side. So, do you think this step in trying to build families by allowing the mothers to stop working for five years is workable?
