Is peach red?

‘Cos I am too lazy to iron my red blouse.

I hope the dark lights will make my peach red.

And hope my choir members will not scream ‘LILIAN!!! WHY AREN’T YOU WEARING RED? WHY ARE YOU WEARING PEACH? YOU ARE GOING TO STICK OUT LIKE A SORE THUMB!’

Oh dread….

I hope I have time to rush to the City Hall tonight to take photos of huge, giant flags. I read that there is a chingay competition there. What is chingay? It is this huge, 3-4 stories high bamboo stick with an equally giant flag. Men, strong, muscled ones (oolalaalaa) will balance these bamboo flags on their chin, head, back, feet and belly. It is a sight to behold.
